KHEER PURI



INGREDIENTS :

For Kheer
  • 1/2 Cup Rice ( Socked For 2-3 Hrs.)
  • 300ml Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cream / Malai
  • Dry Fruits, Kesar (As Per Your Requirement)


For Puri
  • 250gm Maida
  • 3 Tb Spoon Ghee
  • Oil For Frying

 METHOD :

FOR KHEER
  • Take pot and add socked rice, one cup water and cook it for 5 min.
  • Add milk and cook it for 10-15 min at law flame.
  • Add sugar, cream and cook for 5 min.
  • Add dry fruit flakes and kesar in it.
  • You can add elaichi powder if you want to give more flavor in it.
  • Now tasty kheer is ready to serve.
FOR PURI
  • Take maida, add 3 tb spoon ghee and mix it.
  • Now add water as per requirement and make nice dough.
  • Rest it for 10-15 min.
  • Take dough and make thin roti.
  • Apply oil and maid and make roll of this roti.
  • Cut small piece of 3 inch from this roll.
  • Now make puri from this small and make a shape of basket.
  • (you can use mould to give shape of basket)
  • Deep fry this basket till it becomes golden brown.
  • Now your baskets are ready.
